If your product is damaged on delivery or has noticeable signs of wear, please contact our customer service by email or phone within 3 days of delivery. Please additionally document the damage by taking pictures of the product and packaging and send them to customer support by email. If the damage is not documented or customer service alerted within 3 days of delivery, we must assume the damage occurred during the rental period, and you will be charged 10% of the repair costs when it is returned.
