Your first payment will be charged as soon as we’ve approved your rental request. The approval usually happens 24-48 hours after you’ve placed the order.

Please make sure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. The order will be automatically canceled if we can’t collect the payment.

The recurring payments are charged monthly starting from the day your order was delivered.

Your rent is always paid monthly in advance.

Example: If you ordered on April 1 and your product was delivered on April 4, the second payment is due on May 4. The third payment will be charged on June 4, and so on, until the subscription ends.

If you rent your product in a partner store, the first payment will be charged immediately, and the following payment will be exactly one month later.
