If you have rented your device from one of our partners such as MediaMarkt or Conrad, Grover is still your contact in case of damage or if you have any questions. If your device is damaged, Grover Care pays for 90% of the repair costs for all products except drones (drones have 50% damage cost coverage). Please report the damage within 14 days via the claim form in your customer account and we will send you a label for free return shipping. Returning the device to the partner is currently not possible.
