You can return your device free of charge once your minimum rental period has expired. You can find the return label in your account:

Go to "My Tech" > Select the device > Select "End rental" > Follow the instructions to print out the free return label.

Reset your device to factory conditions and ensure that all your data has been erased. This way, we can rent the device safely to the next renter and your monthly payments will be canceled. Learn how to reset a device.

Place the product with the accessories in the original box. If you have more than 1 device of the same type, make sure the serial number on the box matches the device. Stow the device safely in the box.

Stick the label onto the box. Remember to send only 1 device per box.

Depending on the delivery carrier, you can drop off your return at a packet shop or parcel station. Please check your delivery carrier’s website.

To avoid paying for another month, drop off the device at the packet shop at least 1 day before your next payment is due.

As soon as your box is processed by the delivery carrier, your monthly payments will be stopped. Your rental ends when we get the product back and everything is okay.

Unfortunately, the return label can’t be sent by post. The return label we provide can only be used within Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Spain. Avoid to return your device from a different country as you need to organize and pay for the return yourself.
