There can be several reasons why you may not be able to redeem a voucher code.
Perhaps you’ve already used the voucher in a previous order attempt and forgot to remove it from the rent bag. Just check your rent bag to see if there are any pending orders and remove the voucher if necessary.
Subsequent crediting of a voucher on an already accepted order isn’t possible.
In case you forgot to add the voucher, you can simply use it on another order.
In the event that the delivery or the first payment fails, you can request a replacement voucher from our customer service.
