If you dropped off the package at least 1 day before the next payment was due, the amount will automatically be refunded as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 10 days.

Please contact our support team if you haven't received a refund within 10 days.

If you dropped off the package after the next payment was due, we’ll have to charge you another month.
