Customer can’t be found
In this case, an error has probably crept into the recipient address. In this case, your order will be returned to us and cancelled after arrival. The rental amount paid will, of course, be refunded to you.
Missing delivery data
It is very likely that the shipping label was damaged in transit. In this case too, the order will be returned to us and cancelled after arrival. The rental amount paid will, of course, be refunded to you.
A re-delivery is unfortunately not possible in these cases. If you have any further questions about your shipment, please contact DHL directly.
After delivery to the shipping service provider, we no longer have any influence on the delivery.
