Bring a passport (preferred) or a local ID card each time you pick up a parcel at a post office or DHL branch. There are often problems with the scanning process, especially with foreign IDs, so it’s extra important to bring your passport.
If your photo ID’s machine-readable zone (MRZ) can’t be scanned using the Postident procedure, the order must unfortunately be returned to us. Upon arrival, your order will be canceled and the rental amount paid will be refunded.
