In order to pick up your parcel at a post office or DHL branch, you need a valid ID document in each case.
Unfortunately, there are often problems with the scanning process, especially with foreign ID documents. The documents may need, among other things, a photo and a machine-readable zone (MRZ).
If your ID document can’t be scanned using the Postident procedure, the order must unfortunately be returned to us. Upon arrival, your order will be canceled and the rental amount paid will be refunded.
