When you place a rental order with us, our algorithm checks your data to make sure you are a real person. We also perform a short automatic credit check via CRIF Bürgel and Schufa. For this it is important that you enter your data correctly and avoid typing errors.
If either the data check or the credit check is negative, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a device. For data protection reasons, we usually do not have the exact reason for a rejection.
In some cases, it may also be that you have reached your rental limit. Simply contact B2B Support if you want to increase your limit.
