First, please block your card to protect the funds in your account.

Then, order a new card in the app via Card > Settings wheel > Order a new card. We'll automatically cancel the old card. The estimated delivery date will be on the main screen of the Card section of the app after ordering.

If you think someone used your card without your permission, you can dispute the transaction.
