Your account might show a negative balance for one of the following reasons:

  • An offline payment that had to be authorized later (for example, on an airplane)

  • Changes in the exchange rate during the time between a transaction and its authorization

As the Grover Card is a prepaid debit card, there needs to be money in your account to use it. If your Grover Card is showing a negative balance, please add funds to your account to cover the balance.
