You can find your card's expected delivery date in the Card section of the Grover app. If your card doesn't arrive within 14 days, you'll automatically get the option to reorder it for free in the Card section of the app.

For example, if you ordered your card on Feb 1, you'll see the option to reorder a new card on Feb 15.

If the delivery fails again, you can order a new card in the app via Card > Settings wheel. The estimated delivery date will be on the main screen once you've requested the replacement card. Deliveries always take up to 14 days.
