You can update your email or phone number through your customer account on our website.
Go to grover.com and sign in.
Click on the top right section ‘Account’ and again ‘Account’ next to your name and email.
Under ‘Personal Information’, select ‘Manage My Info’.
Here you can update your email address or phone number. Remember to verify the changes via email or text once updated.
If you are unable to change your phone number yourself, we can happily assist you with this, by dropping your current number from your account. You will be able to add, and verify your new number with your next log in.
