Billing Address
The billing address change can be requested via this form. Keep in mind that your billing address needs to match with your registration address.
Shipping Address
You can change your shipping address while placing a new order.
Under the order review screen, we will show you the last address for billing and shipping you selected. If it needs to be changed, go ahead and make the change. The shipping address can only be changed at the time of order placement.
If you want to place a new order, and you are unable to change the shipping address yourself, we are more than happy to help. To be able to do this, we will ask you to provide us your certificate of registration and a photo of yourself, holding your identity card. See example below.
