As soon as you place a new order, you can track the current order status on the Overview and the Orders page of Grover Business Premium. The status helps you track the order and ensures a smooth delivery.

These statuses are possible:

  • In review: We’ve received your order and will prepare it soon.

  • Preparing to ship: We’re packing your order and will ship it soon.

  • Shipped: We’ve handed your order over to the carrier. Your package is on its way.

  • Delivered: Your order has arrived and the subscription has started.

Sometimes we have to split an order of multiple assets into different packages. These additional order statuses are possible:

  • Partially shipped: The first package(s) of your order are on its way. The rest will follow soon.

  • Partially delivered: The first package(s) of your order have arrived. The rest will follow soon.

If the delivery fails, you’ll find this status:

  • Delivery failed: The order is on its way back to us. Please get in touch with our business support.

As soon as your packages are on their way, a tracking link will be available. You can track the delivery via the carrier’s website.
