If your monthly payment doesn’t go through, we’ll retry charging the amount 5 days later. If it fails again, the next attempt will happen 3 days after the last failed payment.
If you prefer to pay for your failed payment immediately, you can add a new payment method to your rental. We’ll retry charging you on the following day.
After 2 failed attempts, you’ll get an email explaining alternative payment options.
Please ensure you have funds in the account. If you have enough funds in your account and the card payment still fails, please check with your bank.
